We walked around casually and went to Shimen Lake in Guanzhi Mountain early the next morning. After dinner, we headed straight to Tangqian Village. The scenery along the way was very picturesque, with Guanzhi Mountain right in front of us. We’ll take a look at it from a distance today and enjoy it in detail tomorrow.
The Tangqian Township parking lot is right at the starting point of the rafting, a small river. It is cut off by an overflowing embankment. There are stone pier bridges on the embankment for tourists to walk. The river flows through the gaps between the stone piers and falls under the embankment to form a beautiful waterfall. Under the waterfall is an artificial pool. There is a gap at the front that can accommodate a rubber boat. This is the starting point of the rafting. The total length of the rafting channel is 6.3 kilometers. Since it was getting late, we could only float half way. We originally wanted to give up, but we couldn't bear to dampen the children's enthusiasm. So we decided to go rafting. Each family with children would send an adult to accompany them, while the others would walk around and enjoy the pastoral scenery of Tangqian Township.
I have done rafting many times, and it is relatively large and exciting. I have done it all, but relatively speaking, the rafting here is very average! But fortunately, it is relatively safe and belongs to family rafting! Although everyone was soaked to the skin, the weather was hot and no one felt cold. So we continued to play along the river. It was getting dark and we were tired, so we stopped. It turned out that their boats were always stranded because the water was turned off upstream. , so we landed early.
Finally, we took the bus back to the starting point together. Others had been waiting for a long time. After changing clothes, we rushed back to our residence, took a shower and rest, and then met to visit Liancheng Night Market and taste Liancheng snacks!
