What is the difference between recrystallization and recrystallization?

Definition of recrystallization:

The so-called recrystallization refers to the redistribution of the particle size of the ice crystals that have been formed, that is, some ice crystals increase and some ice crystals decrease. The larger the ice crystals grow, the smaller the ice crystals become until they disappear. In frost-resistant plants and ice-resistant insects (limited to extracellular freezing), the inhibition of recrystallization may be more important than thermal hysteresis effect.

Definition of recrystallization:

When the cold deformed metal is heated to a high enough temperature, new equiaxed grains will be produced in the most severely deformed area to replace the original deformed grains. This process is called recrystallization. After recrystallization of cold deformed metal, its cold deformed structure disappears completely, and the work hardening state also disappears, and the metal recovers its properties before cold deformation.
