Can the affordable housing in Kim District be changed into three bedrooms and one living room?

Families applying for affordable housing shall meet the following conditions at the same time: [1]

(a) the applicant and his * * * family members with the application have urban hukou in this city, and work or live in this city;

(two) the annual disposable income and family assets of the family meet the standards promulgated by the municipal government (see Annex);

(3) No self-owned housing, or the per capita living area of existing housing is less than 10 square meter; economically affordable housing

(four) did not enjoy the following preferential policies for the purchase of houses:

1. Purchase public housing at the cost price or standard price of housing reform;

2. Purchase poverty-stricken housing, affordable housing and affordable housing;

3. Participate in internal fund-raising for building houses;

4. Special rooms for implementing the housing policy for overseas Chinese;

5. Other preferential policies for purchasing houses.

(5) The applicant and his family members who jointly applied for it have not bought or sold real estate within five years before the date of application.
