How to adjust the valve of diesel pump?

Method of adjusting diesel pump valve: 1. When stepping on the accelerator, the transmission mechanism compresses the pre-tightening force of the spring on the balance flying hammer inside the governor, and the governor outputs corresponding force to increase the oil quantity, which then pulls the rack on the high-pressure oil pump through the transmission mechanism; 2. The rack drives the plunger in the high-pressure oil pump to rotate at an angle. The plunger head is spiral and inclined. When the fuel supply is different, the fuel injection quantity increases, the sealing surface of plunger head becomes longer and the rotation speed increases. On the contrary, the speed decreases; 3. No matter how fast the diesel engine rotates, the speed of the piston is zero at the top dead center and the bottom dead center, and the maximum speed is at the stroke midpoint of the whole stroke of the piston. Generally, the average speed m\/s of the piston is used to express the movement speed of the piston; 4. The larger the fuel injection, the greater the explosive force. The more work is done, the faster the piston moves down.
