He Xiangu's hometown and origin are also mentioned in many places in the world, such as Zengcheng, Guangxi, Fujian, Zhejiang, Anhui and Hunan.

There are different opinions, probably because there are many people celebrating He Xiangu's birthday all over the country. Out of respect, people often regard He Xiangu as their hometown, so they should be elders and immortals.

He Xiangu, one of the Eight Immortals in folklore, is the only woman among the Eight Immortals who has timely rain. Chuanshan Mountain covers the south, and there is a He Xiangu Temple under Shishimen, which has been passed down for thousands of years. It is located in the dragon cave of the upside-down lotus, because it is in this lotus shape that she emerged as a fairy. Therefore, her image is holding a lotus flower, so she is nicknamed "Lotus Fairy".

Legend of He Xiangu:

He Xiangu, formerly known as He Xiugu, was born on the seventh day of February in China, Wu Ze. Her father runs a tofu mill, and she has been his helper since childhood. When I was thirteen or fourteen years old, I went to play in the wild and met Zhang, who was traveling in the clouds. Sanxian gave her peaches, jujubes and mica flakes.

From then on, she never felt hungry again, but she could also predict the future and know people's fortune. The villagers built a small building for her and asked her to live there. People often come here to ask her for fortune telling. Gradually, He Xiugu's name became He Xiangu.
