How to cultivate the genus Campanula (planting technology of purple Campanula)

Recently, I visited a friend and saw that she bought a pot of bellflower and it was in full bloom when she got home. The whole campanula is very beautiful, with petals like bells and a huge number of flowers. I have no resistance to such flowering plants, so I bought a pot.

Campanula is a flower in the south, which is difficult to raise in our north. The temperature is very high in summer in the north. Campanula is a heat-resistant flower. When the temperature reaches 30 degrees during the day, Campanula will stop eating, and it is easy to die of heat. It is easy to cook at high temperature, and it needs shade in high temperature weather.

The root system of bellflower is very weak. It's the first time to raise this flower. I have never heard of it before. Weak root system has weak absorption capacity, so family maintenance needs frequent watering. Although the flowers are beautiful, they need more time. If you are an office worker and busy at work, I still don't recommend it.

The flowering period in summer in hyacinthus orientalis is only 50 days. According to my friend, hyacinthus orientalis is widely used for arranging flowers in the south. They can be cut into water bottles like Fu Guizhu, and drop a little nutrient solution into the water every week, which can bloom for almost 10 days.

The best time to plant hyacinthus orientalis at home is June, from June to August, which can avoid the high temperature in September. If it is later, the quality of bellflower will not be guaranteed. If you have time and like planting flowers, you can still try.

The root system of Campanula is similar to peony. Perennial plants can only be planted in autumn, including when we buy bluebells. Never change the pot for it. The original flowerpot will remain. Change the pot with the heel. Don't shake off the flower soil on the root system. If you change the pot again, the flowers will soon wither.

Campanula should not be placed in the position of opening the south window, and should be away from the window. It's best to put it in the open air. The dew in the morning can replenish some water for it. Sometimes the watering control of indoor campanula is not good, and it is easy to rot if watered too much, and it is easy to wither if watered too little.

Bellflower is an annual flower, which has advantages and disadvantages. The advantage is that there are many flowers and beautiful petals. The disadvantage is that after the petals wither naturally, with the arrival of autumn, the leaves and branches will wither slowly, and finally they can only be thrown away, which is why they can be used for flower arrangement.

Flower lovers who like to grow flowers and enjoy them can raise a pot of campanula. After enjoying the flowering period, cut off the branches directly, put them on the balcony if you don't want to throw them, and throw them away if you don't want to take up space. Buy another pot next year.
