X. Entry registration rules

3. Basketball, volleyball and football:

4. Table tennis

Five athletes from each sex can register for all events, namely, men's and women's team events, men's and women's singles, men's and women's doubles and mixed doubles (limited to two pairs). Doubles cannot be paired across schools.

5. badminton

(1) Each team can report to 1 team leader, 1-2 coach, 1 staff or team doctor. There are 6 male athletes and 6 female athletes each.

(2) Men's and women's singles are limited to two players each, and men's and women's doubles and mixed doubles are limited to two pairs each. Singles can be one of doubles, but doubles cannot be mixed doubles. Doubles cannot be paired across schools.

6.tennis

(1) Each team can report to 1 team leader, 1-2 coach, 1 staff or team doctor. The number of players is limited to 8.

(2) In singles, each team can report 2 men and 2 women, 1 for men's doubles, women's doubles and mixed doubles; Athletes who participate in team competitions can also apply for individual competitions. Doubles may not be paired across groups or schools.

7. Cross-country road race

Each team can report to 1 team leader, 1-2 coach, 1 staff or team doctor. There are 4 male athletes and 4 female athletes. Ordinary colleges and universities with physical education departments can report to Group A and Group C or Group B and Group C at the same time. The results of the competition are not only the results of the orienteering competition in the 13th Universiade in Zhejiang Province, but also the results of this year's orienteering championship for students in the whole province.

Aerobics and mass aerobics are limited to one person (team) for each individual event and cheerleading.

9. Wushu

(1) Each team can report to 1 team leader, 1-3 coach, 1 staff or team doctor. Each unit of Group A and Group B can report 5 male athletes and 5 female athletes; In Group C, each unit can report 4 male athletes and 4 female athletes.

(2) Each athlete can submit at most two events, and only 1 event can be selected for similar events.

XI。 Competition method

(1) track and field

1. The latest track and field competition rules and related supplementary rules approved by China Athletics Association are adopted in the competition.

2. If the number of applicants is less than 3 (teams), the competition will be cancelled (the applicants will be notified in advance and the registration items will be allowed to be changed).

There is only one race for track events over 3.800 meters (including 800 meters); When the number of applicants for field events exceeds 30, a passing competition will be set, and the first 12 applicants will participate in the competition.

(2) Swimming

1. The latest swimming competition rules and relevant supplementary regulations approved by China Swimming Association are adopted in the competition.

2. The preliminaries are adopted in the competition. If the number of individual applicants is less than 8 (including 8), a one-time final (the same as the relay event) will be taken. If the number of individual applicants is less than 3, the change of items or exams will be notified. One-time finals will be adopted for events over 200 meters.

(3) Basketball, volleyball and football

1. The preliminaries and finals of basketball, volleyball and football shall be subject to the rules of basketball, volleyball and football competition newly approved by Chinese Basketball Association, China Volleyball Association and Chinese Football Association (special provisions will be notified separately).

2. Basketball

The first stage: according to the number of participating teams, the competition is conducted in a single round robin system, and each group is ranked. The second stage: determine the ranking of each group according to the grouping situation (see the supplementary notice of each group).

volleyball

(1) According to the number of teams, eight or more teams will be grouped in a single round, and then the ranking will be determined by a cross match. Eight teams (including eight teams) will compete in a single round to decide the ranking. The competition is arranged according to Berger's method according to the registration. The game adopts the best of three games system, with 25 points in the first and second games and 0/5 points in the third game.

(2) All men's teams play hard volleyball; Women's volleyball team plays soft volleyball.

4. Football: The competition system is determined according to the number of teams in each group.

(1) If there are less than six teams (including six teams), the ranking of each team shall be determined according to the single round robin system;

(2) For teams with more than six teams, group circulation is adopted first, then cross elimination and play-offs, and then the teams ranked first to eighth are decided.

1. Adopt the latest table tennis competition rules approved by China Table Tennis Association.

2. Team competition is divided into two stages. The first stage adopts group round robin, and the second stage adopts

1. The competition adopts the latest badminton competition rules approved by China Badminton Association.

2. Each team competition is divided into two stages. In the first stage, group circulation was adopted, and in the second stage, elimination and play-offs were adopted, and 1-8 players were decided.

3. The order of men's and women's team competitions is: (1) singles (2) doubles (3) singles; Individual or team competitions allow athletes to participate in singles and doubles.

4. The elimination system is adopted for each group of individual events, and the top eight will join the play-offs. If the number of teams (people) participating in an event is small, the competition mode will be determined according to the actual number of applicants.

5. All competitions adopt the best-of-three system, with 2 1 point per game and scoring system per ball.

6. Tennis

1. The latest tennis competition rules approved by China Tennis Association are adopted.

2. The competition system of each team. When there are less than 5 teams, the single round robin system will be adopted. When there are more than 5 teams, the competition is divided into two stages, the first stage is group circulation, and the second stage is cross-race.

3. Individual events adopt single elimination system or round robin system according to the number of applicants.

4. The order of team events is the first singles, the second singles and doubles; Submit the list 0/5 minutes before the competition. Once submitted, the list cannot be changed.

All competitions are decided by a set of six games, and the team competition is decided by two wins in three games.

6. The venue is an outdoor hard court.

(7) Directional movement

1. The competition shall be conducted in accordance with the Orienteering Competition Rules (Trial) approved by orienteering association of china.

2. The way for athletes to leave the stadium is decided by the judging panel, and the starting sequence is decided by computer random drawing;

3. 100 meter orienteering will be conducted in a predetermined way, with the preliminaries starting at intervals and the finals starting collectively.

(8) Aerobics

1. Competitive aerobics competition rules of 2009 -20 12 approved by the International Sports Federation shall be implemented in the competitive group competition, and the scoring guidelines of 2009 -20 12 approved by the China Aerobics Association shall be implemented in the mass group competition, and the international all-star cheerleading scoring rules issued by the University Sports Association shall be implemented in the cheerleading competition.

2. The order of athletes' appearance in the preliminaries and finals shall be decided by the organizing committee by drawing lots before the competition;

3. Each event is divided into two rounds (preliminaries and finals), with eight finalists in Group A and Group B and six finalists in Group C entering the finals; The person who scored the highest in the final ranked first; If the results are the same, follow the rules;

(9) Wushu

1. The competition adopts the latest Wushu routine competition rules and relevant supplementary regulations approved by the Wushu Sports Management Center of the State Sports General Administration.

2. Nanquan and Tai Ji Chuan, the optional boxing, adopted the Nanquan competition routine and the 42-style Tai Ji Chuan competition routine compiled by the former Wushu Research Institute of the State Sports Commission 1989.

(10) For the unfinished competition methods, please refer to the competition rules of each project and relevant supplementary notices. If the competition rules formulated by each event are inconsistent with the general rules, the general rules shall prevail.

Twelve, the group total score

(1) General organization:

1.The top 8 in group A and group B, and the top 6 in group C;

2. For the general group, the ranking of the general group is based on the sum of the scores of the delegations in each project, and the one with more scores ranks first. If the total score of the group is equal, the ranking of each project group with the first place shall prevail, and so on.

(2) Each project team:

1. All project teams A and B take the top 8; Top 6 in Group C; Group d swept the top three in track and field. Other projects, the relevant associations can determine the admission ranking according to the actual situation.

2. According to the characteristics of different events, individual sports associations negotiate with the organizers to determine whether to add the total score of men and women.

3. For the group score of each event, the team ranks according to the sum of the scores of each group in each individual event (track and field and swimming record-breaking points are added to the team group score), and the one with more scores ranks first. If they are equal, the measures specified in the competition regulations of each project shall be implemented.

XIII. Scoring Method

(1) Eight items in Group A and Group B are scored according to 9, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2,1; Group C and Group D each take the top 6 (less than 6 teams minus one admission), and score according to 7, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1;

(2) Track and field relay and all-around, swimming relay, orienteering team competition, aerobics three-person competition and six-person competition, table tennis team competition, badminton team competition and tennis team competition are scored twice according to individual results;

(three) basketball, volleyball, men's football, all with individual scores according to the team score of 5 times;

(4) Breaking the record of the National University Games, adding 18 points; Break the highest record of college students in the province and add 9 points. No matter how many times the same person (team) breaks the record in the same event, only the highest score will be added.

Fourteen reward

(1) Team Award: The delegation that won the top 8 in Group A and B and the top 6 in Group C will receive the trophy; Get the top 8 total scores of each project team in Group A and Group B, and the top 6 total scores of each project team in Group C; The top three teams in Group D (track and field), including the additional men's and women's teams, will be awarded medals.

(2) Individual Award: medals will be awarded to the top three athletes in each individual event, and the top eight athletes in Groups A and B and the top six athletes in Groups C and D will be awarded with performance certificates.

XV. Sports Ethics Award

(a) the specific selection and reward methods for sports ethics delegations, sports teams (players) who won sports ethics awards, coaches and referees who won sports ethics awards shall be issued separately.

(2) On the basis of the "Sports Morality and Fashion Award" of the Universiade, according to the specific situation, several "excellent coaches" and "excellent referees" will be selected for each event, and the specific selection methods will be notified separately.

Sixteen. Selection of technical representatives, arbitrators and referees

(1) The presiding judges, such as arbitration commissioners, technical representatives, technical officials, chief judges and chief judges, shall be selected by the organizer.

(2) The referees for each event shall be selected by the universities according to the needs of different events, or settled through consultation with relevant units by the host schools and co-organizers. Units without referee tasks pay referee agency fees (as long as the participating units hire referees during the Universiade, they don't need to pay referee agency fees. Units that have not served as referees only need to pay the referral employment fee once, with an amount of 2000 yuan).

(3) Workers, technical representatives, technical officials, chief judges, presiding judges (judges) and members of qualification examination and discipline supervision committees engaged in arbitration shall not concurrently serve as coaches.

Seventeen. Qualification examination and discipline supervision Committee

(a) members of the qualification examination and discipline supervision committee shall be selected by the organizer;

(2) The Qualification Examination and Discipline Supervision Committee will strictly abide by the relevant regulations of this Games. Before, during and after the competition, all the athletes who signed up for the competition were strictly examined for their qualifications, and the sports teams (players) who violated the rules, resorted to fraud and impersonated were disqualified or ranked. If the circumstances are serious, the responsible person shall be punished and notified to the whole province.

Eighteen. Competition bond and appeal

(1) Competition deposit:

1. Each team must pay a match deposit of 3,000 yuan to the General Assembly when reporting for each event. As economic compensation and punishment for players who violate the discipline of the general assembly, the regulations on public security management and the qualifications of athletes during the competition, the deposit is used. Teams that have not found violations of discipline and discipline will be refunded the deposit after the game.

2. Any team that violates the discipline of the General Assembly, the regulations on public security management and the qualifications of athletes during the competition will not be returned, and other athletes of the team will be allowed to continue to participate in the competition after paying the competition deposit again.

(2) Complaints:

1. If you have any objection to the qualification of athletes, you can appeal to the qualification examination and discipline supervision committee; If you have any objection to the award in the competition, you can appeal to the arbitration commission within the time limit stipulated in the rules of each project.

2. The complaint team must submit a complaint report signed by the Secretary-General or the team leader, and pay the complaint fee before accepting it in 500 yuan. If the complaint team wins, the complaint fee will be refunded in full; if it loses, the complaint fee will not be refunded.

Nineteen. bankroll

(a) in line with the relevant provisions of the current national sports competition expenditure standards.

(2) The transportation, accommodation and expenses of each delegation shall be borne by themselves.

(3) The travel expenses of arbitration commissioners, technical representatives, technical officials, presiding judges (judges) and qualification examination and discipline supervision committees selected by the organizer shall be borne by the General Assembly.

Twenty, others

(1) Insurance: The officials, staff, athletes and coaches of all delegations participating in the Games must take out insurance for "personal accident insurance" with the local insurance company, and the insured amount shall not be less than RMB 1 00,000 per person, plus medical expenses of RMB100,000. The insurance date includes the round-trip period, and the insurance documents must be submitted for registration. The insurance for members of the Organizing Committee, technical officials and referees shall be handled by the organizer.

(II) School Flag: Each university has its own school flag (3m× 2m).

(3) The rules of each individual competition shall be released separately.
