Altitude sickness should be prevented and treated like this:

Altitude sickness is a pathological reaction after human body is exposed to low pressure and hypoxia, and it is a common disease peculiar to plateau areas. Common symptoms include headache, insomnia, loss of appetite, fatigue and dyspnea. Headache is the most common symptom, which is often forehead and temple pain, and the pain is aggravated when getting up at night or in the morning. Increasing lung ventilation, such as mouth breathing and mild activity, can relieve headaches.
