The Luoding hills account for 41% of the city’s area and are divided into high hills and low hills. Low hills are mainly distributed in parts of the Luoding Hong Basin and Jingchuan Basin, with an altitude of 80-200 meters and a slope between 15-20°. The high hills are mainly distributed in most of Xinle, Qianbin and Silun and a small part of Lishao and Fucheng.
