Why do high-end shows often use "neck-poking" and "hunchback" models for catwalks?

Some models are chosen because they conform to the temperament of fashion design and brand. Some are because the model itself is too brilliant, which covers up her shortcomings of hunchback and can't affect her overall beauty.
