Meteorological disaster early warning classification

There are 14 kinds of meteorological disaster warning signals (hereinafter referred to as warning signals) (here refers to the meteorological warning in national documents, excluding local meteorological warning).

The familiar black typhoon warning signal withdrew from the historical stage (Guangdong retained the first-class white typhoon warning signal. For the meteorological disaster early warning signal system formulated and implemented in Guangdong Province, please refer to the "Guangdong Province Meteorological Disaster Early Warning Signal and Defense Guide").

The new version of meteorological disaster warning signal is generally divided into four levels (IV, III, II and I), which respectively represent general, heavy, serious and particularly serious.

Early warning signals are composed of names, icons, standards and defense guidelines, which are divided into typhoon, rainstorm, blizzard, cold wave, gale, sandstorm, high temperature, drought, lightning, hail, frost, fog, haze, road icing and so on.
