How to use colored paper as a storage box
Preparation materials: colored paper, scissors, glue, ruler, pencil.
Making the bottom of the box: cut the colored paper into squares, and determine the side length of the squares according to the required box size. Fold the square twice, then open it, fold the four corners of the square to the center point, fold the four sides to the center point, apply glue to the edges of the four corners, fold the four corners in half and press them tightly to form a bottom.
Making the four walls of the box: cut the colored paper into rectangles, the length of which is the perimeter of the box and the width is the required height of the box. Fold the long side of colored paper in half, then open it, fold the two ends of the short side of colored paper to the center line respectively, and then fold the two ends of the short side to the center line. Stick the two ends together, insert them into the four corners of the bottom of the box, and stick one side of colored paper on the bottom of the box.
Make the box cover: cut the colored paper into a rectangle, and the length and width are slightly larger than the box. Fold the four corners of the rectangle into a triangle, then apply glue on both ends, insert it into the four corners of the box, and stick one side of colored paper on the four walls of the box.
Completion of the storage box: insert the bottom and four walls of colored paper into the four corners of the box respectively, and put the cover attached to one side on it, thus completing the process of using colored paper as the storage box.
