Wukong can directly find Tathagata to expose Liu Er's macaque. Why did it take so long? What is he waiting for?
A hundred stories about westward journey! Welcome to Journey to the West and Wukong.
Liu Er Macaque and Wukong belong to one of the Four Spirit Monkeys. They pretend to be Wukong in order to take their place, because they want to learn from the scriptures. As a result, they crossed the river into the sea and became one. Finally, the problem was solved by the Buddha. Liu Er's macaque is difficult to deal with because he looks exactly like Wukong.
Just like the game "Let's find fault", various players such as heaven, hell and Lingshan desperately want to find out the flaws, and even Tota Li Tianwang used the prop mirror illegally, but it completely deviated from the game principle and left no clues to the players. What is even more bizarre is that Wukong did not ask the Tathagata for help at the first time, but accompanied Liu Er's macaque around the three realms and then rushed to Lingshan.
What does Tathagata mean to Wukong? Wukong, who has always called others "Tathagata Laoer", became very clever after being locked up for 500 years and changed his name to "Tathagata Laoer". It took Wukong 500 years to realize a true meaning: the world that cannot be changed can only be adapted, and the great god who can't play can only be obeyed.
Since then, once Wukong encounters incurable diseases, he will go to Lingshan to ask the Tathagata for help. However, Wukong showed great tolerance to Liu Er's macaque, and patiently entangled with him for several rounds: Tang Priest and Master, Jade Emperor (Li Tianwang and other immortals), Guanyin, and listened attentively. The maps are connected like a one-day tour of the three realms.
Listen carefully and say, "Although I have a strange name, I can't say it to my face, so I can't help catching him." He listened attentively and said, "Buddhism is boundless." The Tibetan King and Bodhisattva then pushed the boat with the current and threw the question to the Tathagata, and Wukong embarked on a trip to Lingshan. Why didn't Wukong remember such a simple process, but relied on others' reminders?
Obviously, Wukong is playing dumb and pretending to understand. Wukong didn't go directly to the Tathagata, but deliberately dragged things down. The purpose is to show off, and he can't wait to let the three worlds know about it and maximize the influence of this case.
Who is the power behind Liu Er's macaque? The biggest suspect is Tathagata. He sent Liu Er not to disturb Buddhist scriptures, but to give Wukong a chance to escape.
Tang Priest is Tathagata's favorite disciple, Jin Chan. Tathagata originally took a fancy to Wukong's supreme magical power to protect Tang Priest from becoming a Buddha, so he was chosen to join the Buddhist team. But who knows that Wukong was stubborn, did not listen to Master, killed all the thieves and broke the killing ring. When the Tang Priest drove him away, Liu Er, a macaque, mixed in and acted for Wukong.
Aren't you naughty? Didn't you listen to the teacher? Don't you want to be free? The Tathagata asked Liu Er's macaque to take the place of Wukong to learn Buddhist scriptures, just to stimulate Wukong's sensitive nerves: if you don't go, there will naturally be monkeys. Sure enough, Wukong was so jealous that he rushed back and stepped into the trap of Tathagata.
However, when Wukong first saw Liu Er's macaque, he understood it all, and the context was clear. I didn't expect Tathagata to use such extreme means to force himself. In this case, it's better to do it overnight. Wukong came to ask him for a secret!
Since then, the Jade Emperor in the sky, the Hidden King in the underground and Guanyin in the South China Sea have all been known, and the faces of the immortals have disappeared. However, they are all participants in the Buddhist sutra project and cannot directly expose Wukong's conspiracy. Therefore, they can only let Wukong be presumptuous. Finally, the unbearable immortal group issued sincere advice and shifted the finger to the Tathagata.
It can be said that at this time, Wukong still didn't want to find the Tathagata, but he had to put an arrow on the string. Wukong had no choice but to put an end to the the Monkey King incident.
Wukong's adventure is worth it. The stick he hit on Liu Er's macaque was a response to the Tathagata. Tathagata had to promise him: "At that time, success will be bliss, and you will also sit on the Lotus Platform."
