You can take a through train to Hong Kong at Dongguan Station (formerly called Changping Station) in Changping Town. There is a through train ticket office in the Dongguan Station building, which is separate from the ordinary train ticket office. Just buy your tickets there. After buying the ticket, wait for the train at the Joint Entry-Exit Inspection Hall and pass the customs there. The Hong Kong and Macao Pass will be used when passing the customs. Go to Hung Hom Station and use it again to enter Hong Kong.
