What places does Hulunbeier include?
In the Qing Dynasty, it was placed under the jurisdiction of General Heilongjiang, and in the thirty-third year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty (AD 1907), Heilongjiang Province was established, which was under the jurisdiction of the provinces.
In the 21st year of the Republic of China (1932), the Japanese army invaded the northeast and became the territory of Manchukuo. After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, the government of the Republic of China established Xing 'an Province, with an area equal to that of Hulunbeier League.
After liberation, Xing 'an Province was merged with Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
In 2002, Hulunbeier administered 13 county-level administrative regions, namely, Banner (including Autonomous Banner), county-level cities and municipal districts; County-level administrative regions have jurisdiction over 74 towns (including two mining areas), 23 townships (including 13 ethnic townships), 25 sumu (including 1 ethnic sumu) and 36 sub-district offices.
Municipal District: Hailar District (Hailar City at the county level before the withdrawal of the Union and the establishment of the city);
Five county-level cities: Manzhouli, Zhalantun, yakeshi, Genhe and Ergon;
Seven flags, namely four flags and three independent flags:
Arong Banner, Xinbaerhu Zuo Qi, Xinbaerhu Right Banner and Chenbaerhu Banner;
Molidawa Daur Autonomous Banner, Oroqen Autonomous Banner, Ewenki Autonomous Banner.
