Time: Monday to weekend from 9:00 am to16: 00 am;
Venue: the second office building of Central South University (the building behind the library), the first floor, the campus card center (you can see it when you walk into the office building gate);
Process: show valid certificates and fill in forms (personal information, reasons for bidding, etc. )
Commission: I'm not sure. The cost of the campus card is 20 yuan, and the temporary card should be similar.
