Where is the Jiangjia Ancestral Temple in Shidian?
Jiangshi ancestral hall
"There are thousands of trees in front of Lu Ye Court, and Amang Jiang Jiachun." These are two couplets seen at the entrance of Jiang Wu Temple in Mugualang Village, implying the relationship between the four surnames ",","A", "Mang" and "Jiang". Jiang ancestral hall has been in disrepair for a long time and looks dilapidated. Half of the two couplets at the door were almost unrecognizable because of the earthquake damage. In the middle of the ancestral hall hangs a plaque of "Military Strategy Hall", which reads "Taiasulu, the descendant of Lu Ye Baoji, the founding emperor of Qidan, was appointed as the first chief prosecutor of Shidian in 17, and was later named General of Military Strategy of Cheng Zhilang". It can be seen that this ancestral hall of the Chiang family was built in memory of the ancestor Azulu, and showed the identity of his descendants of Qidan to outsiders. But how did the surname "A" evolve into the surname "Jiang"?
There are two Chiang's in Shidian, namely "Han Jia Jiang" and "Amang Jiang", among which "Amang Jiang" claims to be a descendant of Qidan. In Shidian, the reporter met Mr. Jiang Qikun, who has a good understanding of his surname history. Mr. Jiang told reporters that his late father, Jiang, collected a lot of genealogy and genealogical data, among which the picture of "Green Cow and White Horse" in front of the book "Family Tree of Shidian County Magistrate Lawsuit" can best explain the problem. According to Mr. Jiang's description, in the middle of the picture is a tall pine tree with four small pine trees side by side. In front of the big pine tree, a river and a man are painted. According to experts such as Meng Zhidong, this mountain is Muye Mountain. The big pine tree symbolizes the ancestors of the Qidan people. Four small pine trees represent the later Eight Departments of Qidan, and two men and two women represent the couple who gave birth to Qidan. The river in front of the left is Tuhai River, and the river in front of the right is Yellow River. This explanation is basically consistent with the legend of the origin of Qidan people contained in historical books.
From 1995, China Academy of Medical Sciences and China Academy of Social Sciences jointly declared the topic of "Molecular Archaeology" to the State Science and Technology Commission, and the problem of Qidan in Yunnan became an important part of this research. At the same time, the research group collected 100 blood samples from villagers surnamed Jiang in Houzhuang Village, Longdong Village, Mugualang Village and Dazhupeng Village of Baoshan City, and extracted DNA. Through DNA sequencing, the final conclusion is: among the Daur, Ewenki, Mongolian and Han groups analyzed, he is a descendant of Qidan, but the "Jiang surname" in Baoshan and Shidian of Yunnan has similar paternal lineage to Daur. According to historical data, he is probably a descendant of the Khitan officers and men in the Mongolian army. Results The confirmation of the descendants of Qidan in Shidian finally drew a full stop of 0.
