Although some ancient villages are remote, tourists will visit them in their leisure time to satisfy their small wishes. There is an ancient residence in Putian, Fujian Province, which has been built for more than 200 years. This is an ancient residential community built by Lian family. This is the Qianlian ancient residence in Xianyou County, Putian City. It is made up of 16 blocks connected with each other. It is built in the style of T-shaped ancient residence and is about five miles long.

It is reported that Qianlian ancient residence covers an area of10.6 million square meters, and the building faces south. With the continuous growth of Shi Lian members, the area of ancient houses in Shi Lian is also expanding. Moreover, it belongs to the only T-shaped ancient residential building community in China, and its scale is extremely shocking. The ancient residential groups preserved to this day still retain the architectural style of the Qing Dynasty. According to buildings of this scale, we can also see how strong their family strength is.

Green slate for buildings and red bricks for ancient houses are magnificent from a distance. Hanging from the top of the mountain, the bucket-type mixed wooden frame, hanging beam, left and right fenders and dovetail ridge on the roof can all show the architectural characteristics of Puxian red brick and local ancient houses. Even the couplets displayed at the entrance of the ancient house can show the glorious history of the family. There are also some ancient buildings, and stone carvings, wood carvings and brick carvings can be seen everywhere.

Until now, Lian's ancient dwellings still retain the architectural style of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Even a family of more than 10 thousand people has traveled all over the country so far. Most of Lian's ancient residential buildings are left-behind elderly people. The local people's houses are built on the periphery of the T-shaped ancient residential complex. So visitors here will see beautiful villas in the middle, wrapped by ancient bridges, houses, temples and old streets in Qianlian Village.

The village still retains its ancient historical features and layout. Looking around, no matter who lives in the hall of the ancient house, there are plaques sealed to talents by emperors of past dynasties. Especially in Gong Xian Cuo, in the middle of the hall, there is a plaque that says Xuantang Yanxi. According to legend, this plaque was specially sent by the palace dignitaries to congratulate Lian Laolin on his 80th birthday. The opposite of the big mistake is Wenbi Peak, which is regarded as a treasure trove of geomantic omen by local people.

After coming to Qianlian Village, in addition to the T-shaped ancient house, there are many cultural relics left here, which are worth visiting. Have you ever heard of the ancient residential community in Qianlian Village?
