How much do you know about the taboo of lion placement in Feng Shui?
Lao Wei has a successful career, obedient son, a house and a car, and a happy life. However, some time ago, Lao Wei suddenly felt very unhappy. Not only did his company lose a lot of money in a lawsuit, but even his healthy son was suddenly troubled by illness, which made people worry. I was driving on the road the other day and ran into a man for no reason. Fortunately, the man was only slightly injured and lost several hundred dollars.
Old Wei, who was depressed, told his story and invited his master to his home. When the master surveyed his geomantic omen, he found a pair of bronze lions at home, with their heads facing the door. This is a big taboo for placing lions, which will inevitably make dogs fidget. Tell him that the lion's head must face outside the door or out of the window, otherwise it will only hurt himself.
This lion was originally brought back from a handicraft shop when traveling in Lao Wei. After he brought it back, he just put it in a corner at random, which was unreasonable. The owner told him that if you put the lion in the house, it is best to face the door and look outside; If placed in a window, the lion's head must also face out of the window. Shishi can be placed outside the window sill, but it must be fixed with cement to avoid falling into the street! It is ok to put it in the window, but it should be glued tightly to ensure that the lion's head faces outwards.
After the adjustment, Lao Wei's family wealth has gradually improved, and the company's performance is also booming. In fact, the biggest problem is only the placement of lions. You can make a fortune if you make good use of them. If you don't place them correctly, you will hurt your master!
In the traditional customs of China, lions are often danced during festivals and celebrations, which shows that China people attach great importance to lions! This is mainly because lions can not only ward off evil spirits, but also bring good luck. The lion is recognized as the king of beasts, and it is brave and powerful wherever it is. Therefore, since the Tang Dynasty in China, people used to put stone lions by the net of the gate to lock the door and ward off evil spirits, so that evil spirits outside the door did not dare to ravage the house. Therefore, it should be quite beneficial to keep lions at home. Unfortunately, it is widely abused now, so sometimes it often has the opposite effect.
Lions used for decoration can be divided into stone lions, bronze lions, pottery lions, jade lions and wooden lions. If divided by color, there are red lions, black lions, white lions, green lions and straight lions, side lions and so on. So the average person is dazzled, at a loss, and doesn't know how to choose.
Because of the different uses of each lion, it is difficult to explain them clearly here, but the master of Hongyun Feng Shui Museum can suggest some points here for reference:
1, the lion should be placed in the northwest.
There are two reasons: First, because the lion came to China from the western regions, the northwest is its most familiar and active position, which can occupy a geographical position. Second, because lions are divinatory symbols, they live in the northwest, and the five elements belong to gold, so lions placed in the northwest (especially bronze lions or golden lions) can play its role best! In addition to the northwest, it is also quite appropriate to put lions in the west. However, most government houses in China face south, and most of them have a pair of lions at the door. Therefore, the lion placed next to the south gate of the house can also play the role of avoiding evil and helping luck.
Lions should be in pairs.
Lions must be placed in pairs, and it is more appropriate to pair a female and a male.
Please pay attention to distinguish between men and women, and don't turn left and right. If they are separated, just remember that when they are placed, a pair of lions take care of each other and there will be no mistake.
If one of them is broken, you should immediately put on a brand-new pair of lions, and don't leave the other one in its place.
3. The lion's head gate should be blocked.
Lions are mostly used to ward off evil spirits outside the house, so if you can't put a stone lion at the gate, you can add a golden lion head to the gate to ward off evil spirits.
Generally speaking, although lions are regarded as auspicious animals and can ward off evil spirits, they must be placed in pairs in the northwest, and it is most appropriate to remember that the lion's head must face outwards.
