Family allowance for conscripts:

Rural conscripts shall not be less than 100% of the per capita net income of local rural residents, and urban conscripts shall not be less than 50% of the per capita disposable income of local urban residents. 4. Entrepreneurship training subsidies. Participate in entrepreneurship training in designated employment training institutions, and enjoy a one-time entrepreneurship training subsidy of 800- 1200 yuan according to their industrial and commercial tax registration.

5. One-time business start-up subsidy. Retired soldiers with employment difficulties who start their own businesses and register for industry and commerce and tax according to law can enjoy a one-time business start-up subsidy of 2000 yuan.

6. Small secured loans. In addition to engaging in non-state restricted industries, retired soldiers can apply for a small secured loan of up to 65,438+10,000 yuan at the place of entrepreneurship; For partnership enterprises or small enterprises, you can apply for a "bundled" loan of up to 500,000 yuan, and enjoy financial discount according to regulations.

7. Tax reduction and exemption. Retired soldiers who are engaged in self-employment shall enjoy tax concessions in accordance with state regulations. Except for industries restricted by the state, administrative fees such as management, registration and licensing shall be exempted for three years from the date of first registration, and business tax, urban maintenance and construction tax, education surcharge and personal income tax shall be exempted for the limit.
