Dragon King Bone, what is it?

looks like a columnar cactus. The plant is 2 to 3 meters high, shrubby, with many dense branches, tender meat and leaves 2 to 4 centimeters long. The stem is erect, with a short trunk at the base, which is whorled around the trunk, with 3-4 edges, serrated edges and hard short spines, and grows vertically upward.

Maybe the dragon bone is the keel.
