Why are Minnan people called "Heluolang"?

Heluolang is a homonym of Heluo people. Minnan people are called Heluo people because many Minnan people today moved from Luoyang, Kyoto, Henan Province during the Eight Kings Rebellion. Their roots are in Luoyang, so they are called Heluolang. Up to now, there are many buildings and cultural relics related to Luoyang in Fujian.
