Is Guanzhong, Shaanxi Province the "Land of Abundance"? After visiting this place by the Yellow River, I believed it
When it comes to ""Land of Abundance"", we immediately think of Chengdu, Sichuan. In fact, many people in Shaanxi know that ""Land of Abundance" first refers to the Guanzhong Plain of Shaanxi. In "Warring States Policy", the strategist When Su Qin lobbied King Huiwen of Qin, he praised the king's kingdom: ""The kingdom of the king has fertile fields, prosperous people, thousands of chariots, millions of enemies, thousands of miles of fertile fields, abundant reserves, and deformed terrain. This is the so-called Tianfu. The most powerful country in the world. "However, Huang Xiaohuang also thinks like many people, thinking that the ancients just had limited vision and did not see Chengdu, Jianghan Plain and other southern places. Until last weekend, I went to the "Dongmen" of Shaanxi, Weinan Dali County, the largest county in the city, is truly convinced when you see the vast and fertile fields - Guanzhong is called the "Land of Abundance", which is indeed no exaggeration. Along the G5 Beijing-Kunming Expressway, go from Xi'an Traveling north to Dali County: Traveling through the "Fruit Planet" When it comes to Dali, the first thing people in Guanzhong think of is the jingle: "Diaopucheng, Wild Weinan, the unreasonable Dali County." "It sounds like the folk customs are very tough, but the elders in the family said that ""unreasonable"" should actually be ""不reasonable"". It is said that because Dali is so big, the locals are very attached to the concept of ""li"" It's vague. If you meet a stranger asking for directions, the locals will point out: It's only ten miles away. In fact, after walking ten miles, there may be another ten miles... Take a map of Dali. The blue line on the right is Dali, the Yellow River. The county is located in the open area in the eastern part of the Guanzhong Plain, connecting Heyang and Chengcheng counties to the north, Huayin and Tongguan to the south, and across the Yellow River is Yongji in Shanxi Province. The Luohe River, the Weihe River, and the Yellow River are like a fork from three directions. Before passing through Dali County and passing through a sorghum field, Huang Xiaohuang had a general understanding of Dali County and could already feel it from just a few data. It's extraordinary: Dali covers an area of 1,800 square kilometers (about 2.7 million acres), of which 1.5 million acres are farmland; 400,000 acres are facilities for fruits and vegetables (I understand it as greenhouses). There are many greenhouses along the road where Huang Xiaohuang went. Fanjia Town on the bank of the Yellow River, starting from Xi'an, take the Beijing-Kunming Expressway, get off the expressway from Chengcheng, and arrive at Fanjia Town via Shuangquan Town and Liangyi Town. Along the way, you have the illusion of shuttling in a "flower orchard". Taozi , plums, pears, apples, winter dates, grapes, walnuts... I passed by a plum orchard and the price was three yuan a pound. The orchard on the roadside was unattended and the plums were being loaded. Winter dates and grapes are readily available. We are not on a tourist route. There are almost no tourists along the way, and there are no retail stalls. The most common ones we see are agricultural tricycles and an endless stream of large trucks transporting fresh fruits. Judging from the license plate numbers, There are people from all over the country such as Jiangsu and Henan. Carts loaded with fruits can be seen everywhere in jujube gardens and vineyards on the roadside. Carts loaded with fruits from all over the country are everywhere. In this fruit-scented land, everyone is there. Fully busy and harvesting. The biggest driving force for our trip to Dali this time was Dali winter dates. Our biggest wish was to go into the picking garden and eat while picking. Unfortunately, it didn’t come true because we took the wrong route and arrived at the wholesale-oriented place. Unexpectedly, before going to Fanjia Town, Huang Xiaohuang checked the information and found that Fanjia Town is adjacent to the Yellow River floodplain and has the best quality winter jujubes. It is known as the "No. 1 winter jujube town". It occurred to me that such a main production area is aimed at large merchants from all over the country and even abroad, rather than local tourists and individual tourists. Not only is there no retail here, there is no one even on the streets of Fanjia Town. The fruit stalls in our imagination only have one after another cold storage, wholesale fruit shops, and agricultural supply stores... Fanjia Town *** There are indeed a lot of winter dates along the way. At this time of year, the winter dates in the warm sheds have finished picking, and the winter dates in the cold sheds have just come on the market. The winter jujubes in cold sheds on the roadside were very tempting, and the clusters were so densely packed that it was a test of self-control. Surprisingly, there was no one in the field. Later, after asking the locals, I learned that winter jujubes are usually picked near dark. The jujubes picked at this time have the best taste. At three or four in the morning, jujube farmers and merchants from all over the country will gather on the streets of Fanjia Town to trade. The fruit merchants on the roadside in Zhaodu Town buy 400,000 acres of winter jujubes~amazing. On the way back, I discovered that Zhaodu Town along the Yellow Highway and Qiangbai Town beside National Highway 108 are both winter jujube producing areas. Especially in Zhaodu Town, where the greenhouses of winter jujube trees stretch endlessly, touching the sky. Qiangbai Town has retail stalls and picking gardens for citizens and tourists. Heading east: By mistake, we entered the Yumi Township in the south of the Yangtze River. Fanjia Town is a town on the Yellow River in the northeast of Dali. On the way back, we decided not to take the expressway, but instead went south along the Yellow River, and then passed through Chaoyi Town and Dali County. Go straight west back to Xi'an. Along the way, I encountered unexpectedly beautiful scenery. Fuyou Ancient Village is a 3A scenic spot with free admission. About two kilometers away from Fanjia Town Street, there is an observation deck called Fuyou Ancient Village. When boarding the observation deck, everyone couldn't help but "Wow" When we came out, in front of our eyes and below our feet, there was a scene of a mirror lake stretching to the sky. The reeds were green and the blue waves were rippling. Where did the water "stolen" come from? There was so much and it was so clear. The horizontal line in the middle is along the Yellow Highway. The weather is bad. , The photography skills are not good, but it is actually very beautiful. This is the Yellow River Wetland, which stretches 400,000 acres from north to south. What we saw is just a corner. It produces lotus roots, hairy crabs, Yellow River carps, South American prawns... Who would have thought that Shaanxi also has hidden treasures. Such a "land of plenty".
Follow the road downhill on the side of Fuyou Ancient Village Observation Deck to the road across the water. This is the Dali section of Shaanxi's "Yanghuang Highway". You can reach Huashan in the south and Qiashan in the north. Sichuan, Hancheng, Yan'an, Yulin, and Inner Mongolia. Although I have long known that there is such a road in Dali from various publicity channels, and I have also seen promotional pictures of Fuyou Ancient Village and Colorful Fishing Village, it is really immersive. Only through the environment can you appreciate the beauty of a place. There is no one else, only the vast expanse of water outside our car window, and the strong wind blowing across the water, tempting us to stop and take a look before going further to the small places in the middle of the water. We walked around the fishing village, but unfortunately it was getting dark and we still had to hurry, so I could only make a wish to come back next time.
