Where is Raohe Anti-Japanese Guerrilla Monument?
Raohe Anti-Japanese Guerrilla Monument is located on the beautiful Xiaonan Mountain, bordering Wusuli River in the south, covering an area of about 40,000 square meters. It is the first batch of memorial facilities for key martyrs in China. Raohe Anti-Japanese Guerrilla Monument was personally approved by Premier Zhou Enlai 1963. The construction of the monument began in 1985 and was completed in August 1986. Raohe Anti-Japanese Guerrilla Monument is 16.6 meters high, of which the statue is 6.9 meters high and is made of 14 granite. On the front of the monument, the inscription "Raohe Anti-Japanese Guerrilla Monument" and on the back "Anti-Japanese Martyrs Shine Forever for a Thousand Years" was written by Comrade Chen Lei, the former governor of Heilongjiang Province. After more than 20 years of construction, the Anti-Japanese Guerrilla Monument has now become an important red tourist attraction and patriotic education base in our county.

Raohe Town: Raohe Town is located in the northeast border of Heilongjiang Province, in the middle and lower reaches of Wusuli River, and is the location of Raohe County 0. East of Bijin, Russia, across the river, is an important port city in our province. With a total area of 1.22 square kilometers, the town governs 7 administrative villages with a total population of 29,600, making it the largest town along the Wusuli River in China. There are 72,000 mu of cultivated land, 30,000 mu of wasteland, 2 100 hectares of woodland, 2,400 hectares of grassland and 4,780 hectares of water. The main crops are rice, soybean, wheat and corn, which are rich in water resources and rivers.
