Hiking in the snow on Sanzhenfu Mountain in Jinan. The peaks are steep and jagged with strange rocks. The continuous mountains look like ink paintings.

As the moon slowly sets in the west and the sun rises in the east, the sky is filled with beautiful clouds.

Now the water level of Wohushan Reservoir has dropped a lot, and a large area of the reservoir bottom is exposed to the water.

After taking aerial photos of the beautiful sunrise, we drove to the entrance of Wohu Mountain Ski Resort, found a parking lot on the side of the road, parked the car, and started hiking from Beidaogou Village.

Sanzhenwushan is a well-known hiking route in Jinan travel circle. Along the way there are Pumen Temple ruins, Muke Village, Sanzhenwu Valley, etc. Although the mountain is not high, it is relatively steep and there are many cliffs along the way. , strange rocks and rugged rocks.

At present, only two ancient ginkgo trees, which are more than 600 years old and 30 meters high, remain in the Pumen Temple ruins.

The holy water spring under the tree is one of the 72 famous springs in Jinan. The spring water is clear and sweet.

There is also a tall and straight pine tree here.

There is an ancient stone village next to Pumen Temple. Now the villagers have moved away, leaving only the ancient stone houses.

Stone troughs used by villagers to feed livestock.

A wild peach tree next to the stone house has bloomed.

There is a large mountain to the north of Pumen Temple, commonly known as "Muke Village". According to legend, Mu Guiying occupied the mountain as the place where the king trained his troops. There are several peach blossoms blooming on the hillside.

After coming out of Pumen Temple, I started climbing along the path up the mountain. The road was still covered with thick snow.

Climb to Muke Village from this ridge, and the hiking route extends westward along this ridge.

Drone aerial photography of the ridge traveled.

Aerial photography requires a panoramic view of the rolling mountains.

Far to the north of the mountain is the Crouching Mountain Reservoir.

It snowed a few days ago, and the aerial photography of the mountains was filled with white snow, like an ink painting.

I came to climb the mountain alone. I didn’t see anyone on the mountain for a long time. I walked alone on the snow in the silent mountain and could only hear my own footsteps.

After walking through several mountain ridges, we encountered a relatively steep cliff. We needed to use our hands and feet to get down between the rocks.

When we get here, the mountains become more steep and there are many strange rocks.

The mountain in front is too dangerous to pass, so you need to go around from the south side of the mountain. Not far away, you will reach Sanzhenwu Mountain.

The three stones between the two mountains are the third daughter-in-law. Its name comes from a local legend: a long time ago, the mother-in-law and two daughters-in-law lived at the foot of the mountain. One day they went to the mountain to hunt. Firewood, suddenly thunder and lightning, encountered a flash flood, the mother-in-law and daughter-in-law were killed here, and later turned into three human-shaped stone pillars accompanying each other.

The place is rugged and steep, with jagged rocks and cliffs next to it.

Continuing to walk forward, I saw a rock crumbling on the edge of the cliff.

After resting for a while on the top platform, continuing to the west is the more dangerous Tianmazhai, but I don’t know how to get up there.

Walking not far to the southwest, you will reach the path down the mountain. You have to go down the mountain along the cliff with a slope of 60 or 70 degrees.

Looking back, I saw that I had just come down from here. After walking up this steep slope, the road behind is easy to walk. The first village when you come down the mountain is Jiajiazhuang, and then walk back to the parking lot along the road.

This is the GPS track I recorded outdoors with six feet. The total distance is 10.93 kilometers. Because it took a little longer to take pictures, it took the head office 6 and a half hours to complete this trip.

This hiking route has beautiful scenery and is not too difficult. It is a loop route, which is very suitable for self-driving travelers to climb mountains and walk legs.
