Jinzhou 2023 Fireworks Discharge Regulations

Hello, after inquiries, fireworks and firecrackers are set off within a limited time in the built-up areas of Jinzhou City. They can be set off during the Spring Festival every year (from the 23rd of the twelfth lunar month to the 15th of the first lunar month of the following year), but are prohibited from setting off at other times. During the Spring Festival, fireworks and firecrackers are not allowed to be set off when there is heavy fog, severe haze and other heavily polluted weather.
