Special rules of the FA Cup

The special rule of the FA Cup is the replay rule.

The FA Cup is divided into eight rounds. Except for the last two rounds of semi-finals and finals, if the first six rounds are tied within 90 minutes, a rematch is required. In the rematch, the two teams will exchange home and away games. If the rematch is tied within 90 minutes, it will take extra time to decide the outcome. If overtime doesn't decide the outcome, it will be decided by penalty kick.

The semi-finals and finals of the FA Cup were held in a neutral position. If the two teams draw within 90 minutes, it will take extra time to decide the result. If it is still undecided in overtime, it will be decided by penalty kick.
