In the commercial war of 10, she propped up a small factory on the verge of bankruptcy with seemingly weak shoulders and turned into a large group company with total assets of nearly 10 billion yuan at an almost magical speed. She is well versed in innovation. With the help of advanced decision-making, she has completed the transformation from a general private entrepreneur to a modern entrepreneur and successfully set foot in many industries.

On March 1 2004, the All-China Women's Federation and China Women Entrepreneurs Association held a grand commendation meeting in Beijing, and awarded 93 women, including Huang, medals for "Outstanding Women Entrepreneurs in China in 2004". Only three women in Jiangsu province enjoy this honor.

In 2005, she was named one of the top ten economic figures in Wuxi. At the award ceremony, the jury commented on Huang: A woman who changed from a doctor to an entrepreneur actively implemented cross-river linkage and founded a number of enterprises in Gaoyou, Jingjiang and Tongzhou, which made new contributions to speeding up the development and construction of Central Jiangsu.

On April 6th, 2006, accompanied by the deputy director of Jiangyin Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, we arrived at the group on the south bank of the Yangtze River as scheduled, and the author met Ms. Huang, the head of the group.
