Internal organizational structure of BIM club of Chongqing University

BIM Club has established a perfect organizational structure since its establishment. At present, there is a presidium and an advisory group, which consists of six departments: office, technology department, theory department, foreign relations department, propaganda department and membership department. The presidium is composed of the president, the vice president and the assistant to the president, and is mainly responsible for the high-level decision-making of the club and leading the club to go better and further. Peng Senlin, the current principal, has served as principals Lin Zhiyang and Chen Xuanjiang. In order to promote the club's in-depth research on BIM, an advisory team was established, which consists of teachers' consultants and students' consultants. We have invited many experts and scholars in this field as instructors of the club, such as Mr. Mao Chao. Student consultants include Lin Zhiyang, Li Yawei, Chen Xuanjiang and Xiong Wuyue. The office coordinates other departments and is responsible for the daily affairs of the club, including regular meetings and financial reimbursement. The theory department focuses on the study methods, development direction, theoretical application and theoretical research of BIM theory. As the software research department of BIM Club, Technical Department is committed to the research, application and plug-in use of software in BIM field. The external liaison department is mainly responsible for communication and docking with BIM companies, owners, school-related organizations and major internal and external institutions in various construction fields, so as to obtain external resources such as manpower, funds and equipment for the club's organizational development. The propaganda department is responsible for the propaganda work of the club, publicizing BIM club to the outside world, and expanding the visibility and influence of the club. Mainly responsible for the production of posters, exhibition boards, brochures, public platforms, newspapers and electronic magazines for community activities. The member department is open to students who are interested in BIM, providing them with basic training related to BIM and sending BIM e-magazines.
