Because Huang Zhong's horse fell, Guan Yu spared Huang Zhong's life. The third time, the two men fought less than 30 rounds, and Huang Zhong spared Guan Yu's life with a hundred steps.
This battle embodies Huang Zhong's martial arts. After the destruction of Changsha city, he had no face to face the world, which highlighted the kindness of the characters. Liu Beixiao's sudden surrender under the principle of justice showed his loyalty.
Huang Zhong's disobedience to his old character is easily angered. He was satirized by Zhuge Liang twice in his later years and made great achievements. Finally, Liu Bei was besieged by Wu Jun because he refused to accept the old age, and was shot back to camp and died.
