Face east and look straight at the county seat. On the third floor of the main entrance, there are four characters of "Hui" in regular script, and on the fifth floor, "Five Stars Kui" is written. This tower was restored in recent years. Turn Shensuo Pagoda Park into a pagoda park centered on Shensuo Pagoda.
