The well was named in memory of her. After the Song Dynasty, Taoism flourished, the palace site expanded, and a Taoist temple was built on the mountainside. Yuexiu Building is now the former site. During the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty, Huaying was ordered to build Guanyin Pavilion on the top of the mountain, also known as "Guanyin Mountain". There is a hill in the west called "Wuyang Mountain". It is named after a 1 1 meter Wuyang stone statue standing on the top of the mountain. Legend has it that in Zhou Yiwang, five immortals rode five sheep with ears of grain to Chuting (known as Guangzhou in ancient times) and gave them to good people, wishing them no famine, and the sheep turned to stone. The Wuyang stone statue was created according to this legend and is regarded as a symbol of Guangzhou.

Wuyang Mountain is on the mountain to the west of the park. On the top of the mountain stands a stone statue of Wuyang, which is 1 1 m high. Legend has it that in the ancient Zhou Dynasty, five immortals rode sheep with six ears of grain to Chuting (known as Guangzhou in ancient times) and gave them to the people in the city, wishing them never famine. The fairy's words disappeared and the sheep turned to stone. Wuyang stone statue was created by artists according to this myth. This is why Guangzhou uses "Yangcheng" and "Guangzhou" as pronouns and abbreviations. The statue of Wuyang is carved from granite, which is implicit and poetic and is regarded as the symbol of Guangzhou.
Zhenhai tower is at the top of Yuexiu Mountain, commonly known as "five floors". Built in the early Ming Dynasty, it has a history of more than 600 years. At that time, Japanese invaders invaded the coastal areas of China continuously. In order to strengthen the garrison, local officials built Zhenhai Tower on the top of the mountain with the meaning of "Xiongzhen Haijiang". Zhenhai tower is 28 meters high and 30 meters wide, which is divided into five floors. The roof and overhangs of each floor are covered with glazed tiles, and the walls of the lower two floors are made of red stones. Climbing the stairs, the scenery of Guangzhou is vivid. Zhenhai tower has repaired it many times. When 1928 was rebuilt, the floors and columns of wood structure were changed into reinforced concrete. On both sides of zhenhai tower, there are Ming ancient city walls about 170 meters long. Now the Guangzhou Museum has been established here.

Yuexiu Park-The legends of Wuyang stone carving "Wuyang" and "Five Immortals" have been introduced before. "Wuyang is the crown in the valley and the crown in the Chu court", which is a fairy tale that originated from ancient Guangzhou people's yearning for a better life. This is indeed a beautiful legend. For the ancient Baiyue people, what could be better than "there is no shortage of water"? The excellent rice seeds given to Guangzhou people by the Five Immortals, coupled with the good natural conditions of abundant sunshine, mild climate and abundant rainfall, have enabled Guangzhou people to reap a bumper harvest, and Guangzhou has become the richest place in Lingnan. Wuyang Stone Statue is located in Yuexiu Park. There is a beautiful legend about this stone statue: five immortals dressed in five colors ride horses.
Five-color sheep drifted from the South China Sea to Guangzhou, and all five sheep had six ears of rice in their mouths. The fairy gave the ears of rice to the local residents, hoping that there would never be a famine. Then he flew away and the sheep turned to stone. Guangzhou is also called "Yangcheng" and "Guangzhou City".
According to ancient legends, Yuexiu Mountain built a five-sheep sculpture from 65438 to 0959. This Wuyang stone carving is 1 1 m high, carved with 130 pieces of granite, with a volume of about 53 cubic meters. A stone on the sheep's head alone weighs more than 2 tons. Five sheep come in different sizes. The ewe looked at the distance with her head held high, her mouth full of ears of grain, as if she were looking back and smiling and visiting the world. The other four sheep are surrounded by their bodies, snuggling up, playing, eating grass or sucking milk. Different postures, beautiful shapes and full of fun. It is said that when the statue was built, it was suggested that since the five immortals were all riding sheep, how could there be suckling sheep? In fact, the immortals and five sheep are all fictional myths. They are immortal sheep, regardless of size, with their own immortal demeanor and boundless Buddhism. Sculptors exert their outstanding imagination and creativity. For more than 40 years, Wuyang stone carving has been known as the city emblem of Guangzhou, which has added a lot of color to Yuexiu Park. The legend of Wuyang is also widely circulated, and tourists from home and abroad come here to imagine, linger and take pictures as a souvenir.
