Ephedra 12g gypsum 25g Atractylodes macrocephala 12g aconite 5g ginger 9glicorice 6g jujube 15.

The second diagnosis: headache was relieved, bitter taste and dry mouth disappeared, and the dosage of 12 was treated according to the original prescription. Prescription acupuncture: according to headache, blushing and fear of wind, it is considered as a disease of the sun, and then according to severe pain, it is considered as stagnation of feng shui, and because of bitter mouth and dry mouth, it is considered as heat depression and heat syndrome of sun feng shui. Bai Yue decoction has the effects of activating yang, clearing away heat and promoting diuresis, adding Ligusticum chuanxiong, regulating blood and relieving pain, clearing away heat and benefiting yin from Anemarrhena asphodeloides, purging heat from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and relieving depression, and treating bitter taste. Syndrome differentiation of TCM: fever, aversion to wind and cold, edema all over, slight thirst in mouth, joint pain, or acid weight, spontaneous sweating, or slight eye hug, that is, eyelid edema, such as silkworm lying down, neck pulsation, swelling by hands and feet, unable to stand up, floating pulse or heavy and slippery pulse in mouth.

Key points of syndrome examination: according to eyelid edema, thirst, red tongue, thin yellow fur and floating pulse, the key points of syndrome examination are adopted.
Western medicine distinguishes acute pyelonephritis, acute glomerulonephritis and acute attack of chronic nephritis.
Rational use of Bai Yue decoction to guide TCM syndrome differentiation and western medicine disease differentiation, whether it is treating infectious diseases, urinary diseases or skin diseases, must conform to the key points of Bai Yue decoction in treating diseases and examining syndromes, so as to achieve therapeutic effect. Clinical use of Yuemai decoction to treat western medicine diseases can also be used for:
1. Endocrine diseases: eyelid edema or facial edema caused by endocrine disorders.
2, skin diseases: allergic dermatitis, drug dermatitis, neurodermatitis and so on.
3. Nervous system diseases: sciatica, nervous headache, etc.
Traditional Chinese medicine has announced the functions of clearing yang, clearing heat and benefiting water.
Western medicine has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiallergic, renal function improving, sedative and analgesic effects.
Prescription drugs include Ephedra 62 (18g), Gypsum Fibrosum (24g), Ginger 32 (9g), Glycyrrhiza uralensis 22 (6g) and fifteen Chinese dates.
Add and subtract drugs according to the syndrome: if yang depression and aversion to cold are obvious, add aconite root and Alisma orientalis to warm yang and promote diuresis; If the water vapor is obvious, Atractylodes macrocephala and Poria cocos are added to strengthen the spleen and dry dampness, which is beneficial to aquatic water; For sore throat, Fructus Arctii, Herba Menthae and Fructus Forsythiae are added to clear away heat and toxic materials, relieve sore throat and reduce swelling; If the stool is dry, add yellow nitrate to purge heat and relax the bowels.
