Yangzhai Orientation Steps

The sage Zhang Zhongshan said in his commentary, "The main entrance is also the basis for choosing the sitting direction" (note: it is "the basis").

Mr. Chen Xuetao said, "The location of the door is only used to 'measure the sitting direction', and it is by no means the same as the sitting direction. Savor this sentence carefully, and there is a profound meaning in it."

After many years of practice, I understand "door orientation" as follows: There is no single method for house orientation, and there is no fixed method! Any emphasis on orientation is one-sided and wrong. Orientation must be determined based on the actual internal and external environment of the house.

But no matter how the final decision is made to determine the direction of the house, the door must be measured. The door is an indicator of orientation. After measuring the line of the door, you can put away the compass.

For example, if you use the Yang direction, you don't use a compass to measure the linear direction of the balcony, but use the door to determine the direction of the earth, sky, and human beings in the Yang direction. This is the true content and meaning of emphasizing that "door orientation is correct".

2. Mr. Huang Yin from Guangdong was more specific in his open letter to Yi You: "There are more than six or seven ways to determine the direction of sitting towards me. The method I use is: determine by the hall. Look at where the energy comes from in the hall. That is to say, this is the direction. The hall of a house must have a door or window to bring in the outside air. This door and window is where the air comes from. Depending on the direction of the door and window, this is the direction to sit because the hall is the largest in the house. The hall gathers the most energy and plays a decisive role in affecting the good and bad luck of a house. This is the basis for my theory of sitting in the hall. The sitting direction must be determined by your own house, not by the door of the building or unit. . Of course, what you want to look at is the feng shui of the entire building and unit, so you have to determine the direction of the building and unit door."

When the center point comes out, move the compass to the center point. Standard, look at the sand and water conditions in all directions, and then judge whether it is good or bad.

There are several orientation methods:

If you are oriented towards the road (water), place it at the dripping point of the gate or in the center of the gate. Applicable locations: first floor, single-family house, rural area , Pingyangzhi.

2. With the main door as the direction. At the water dripping point of the door or at the bottom of the center of the door. Applicable location: the same as those with the road as the direction.

3. With the balcony as the direction, place the base plate in the center of the balcony. Applicable locations: above the second floor, buildings, and urban homes.
