Frogs use copper as ornaments to express their meaning.

Bronze frog originated from the religious concept of primitive totem worship. There are two bronze frog models in the copper pool unearthed from No.26 Han Tomb in Fengmenling. It is reported that frog bronze ornaments are "basically similar" to frogs representing Zhuang totem on bronze drums.

Zhuang people believe that frogs are the sons of Raytheon, who can communicate with heaven and earth and control rain. Therefore, there are many images of frogs on their rock paintings and bronze drums. They also celebrate the Frog Festival every year and pray for a bumper harvest. Up to now, bronze frog ornaments have also been used to pray for wealth and happiness.
