How do athletes rank in the world?

There is a rule in the calculation of world ranking, namely:

Last month's world ranking score+basic points of this competition+reward points (or penalty reduction points)-basic points of last year's competition in the same month (table tennis is calculated like this)

1. What are the world ranking points?

The ranking system of athletes' world competition points is an orderly arrangement of athletes' (single/double) participation and strength calculated by a scoring system.

Second, the ranking of the scope of application is calculated according to all the competition results recognized by the International Badminton Federation, the Asian Badminton Federation and the China Badminton Federation with a 52-week cycle (excluding invitational and junior competitions).

Third, the calculation method of integral

(a) athletes (single/double) according to the level of their participation in the competition and the corresponding points. The score of athletes (singles/doubles) depends on how many rounds they have advanced from the tie position of the competition. If the athlete (single/double):

(1) Meet bye in the first round, be eliminated in the second round, and get the score of the loser in the first round.

(2) If you meet a bye in the first round, win in the second round and be eliminated in the third round, you will get the loser's score in the third round.

(3) If the opponent abstained in the first round and was eliminated in the second round, the loser's score will be obtained in the second round.

(4) If the first round is bye, the opponent in the second round abstained and the third round was eliminated, the loser score in the third round will be obtained.

(2) Integral calculation 1. Individual events: The following table shows the corresponding scores of international competitions recognized by the International Badminton Federation and those recognized by the China Badminton Federation. 2. Team competition

(1) International competition: The points won by athletes (pairs) who represent China's national team in Sudirman Cup, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, men's and women's team competition of Asian Games and Asian Cup within 52 weeks consist of two parts: personal average points and reward points.

A. Personal average score: Each athlete can get his own personal average score for this event (the calculation method of personal average score is as follows).

B. Reward points: Athletes will get 50 reward points every time they win 65,438+0 games, which can be accumulated.

(2) Domestic competition: Team competition in which athletes participate within 52 weeks. In each game, get the game with the highest score and calculate the score of the game. The points obtained in a game consist of two parts: the average personal points and the reward points, and the calculation method is as follows:

A. Individual average score: Athletes (pairs) who participate in team competitions will get the average score of their own points (the calculation method of individual average score is as follows).

B. Reward points: If an athlete wins the team competition, he will get reward points. The reward score is calculated according to the opponent's average score110.

(3) Calculation of individual average score: If 1 singles or 1 doubles have played less than 6 games in the past 52 weeks, divide the number of points won by the number of times they participated in the games. If 1 singles player or 1 doubles player has played 6 or more games in the past 52 weeks, the score of the winning game will be divided by 5.

4. The final points of athletes (singles/doubles) who have participated in five or less competitions in the last 52 weeks are the sum of the points they have gained from participating in the competitions. The final points of athletes (singles/doubles) who have participated in 6 or more competitions in the last 52 weeks are the sum of the points obtained from the top 5 games. Athletes (singles/doubles) are ranked according to the calculated scores from big to small.
