The impact of the college entrance examination geographical front system on weather

High-pressure cyclones are divergent cyclones, which are caused by the sinking of upper air currents.

Downdrafts prevail within the control range of high pressure or high pressure ridges.

Weather conditions are usually sunny, windless, hot and dry.

The weather is relatively stable within the high pressure control range, with no wind or rain.

Low-pressure cyclones are convergent cyclones. Since the air pressure around them is higher than in the middle, the airflow flows toward the center. During the flow process, it is affected by the geostrophic deflection force and forms a spiral shape.

Because the airflow comes from all around, with different levels of cold and warm, a front will be formed when they meet, and the place where the front is formed is called a low-pressure trough.

This phenomenon is called a frontal cyclone.

Whether a cold front or a warm front passes through, it will cause precipitation. Just remember, fronts only appear over troughs of low pressure.
