What are the advantages of Raymond Mill compared with other mills? Time, feldspar, calcite, talc, can these materials be used in this mill?

Applicable materials:

Timely, feldspar, calcite, talc, barite, fluorite, rare earth, marble, ceramics, bauxite, manganese ore, iron ore, copper mine, phosphate rock, iron oxide red, zircon sand, slag, water slag, cement clinker, activated carbon, dolomite, granite, garnet, iron oxide yellow, bean cake, chemical fertilizer.

Product advantages:

1. Compared with other mills, the output is increased by 20-30% under the same power condition, and the grinding pressure of YGM series raymond mill-high-pressure suspension roller mill on materials is increased by 800- 1200 kg under the action of high-pressure spring.

2.YGM series Raymond mill can process and crush mineral materials with Mohs hardness less than 9.3.

3.YGM series Raymond mills have a wide variety of finished products, with the coarsest particle size of 0.6 13mm (30 mesh), the average particle size of 0.033mm (425 mesh) and the smallest particle size of a few materials of 0.0 13mm (1000 mesh).

4. The dust removal effect of 4.YGM series Raymond mill completely meets the national dust emission standard.

5.YGM series Raymond mill analyzer is easy to adjust.

6. The grinding device of 6.YGM series Raymond mill adopts overlapping multi-stage seal, which has good sealing performance.

Working principle:

YGM series Raymond mill-high-pressure hanging mill, the roller hanger is fastened with a high-pressure spring with a pressure of1000-1500kg. After the work starts, the grinding roller rotates around the main shaft and rolls near the grinding ring under the action of high-pressure spring and centrifugal force. Its rolling pressure is 20% higher than that of raymond mill under the same power condition, so the output is greatly improved. When the ground material enters the grinding cavity, it is scooped up by the shovel and sent between the grinding roller and the grinding ring for rolling. The rolled powder is brought into the analyzer with the circulating wind of the blower, and the qualified fine powder enters the cyclone powder collector with the airflow to get the finished product, and the large particles are re-ground at the back. The circulating air returns to the blower to repeat the above process, and the remaining air enters the bag filter for purification. When the grinding roller and the grinding ring are worn to a certain extent, the length of the high-pressure spring is adjusted to keep a constant grinding pressure between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, thus ensuring stable output and fineness.
