Geographical environment of Delingha, Qinghai Province

Delingha is the capital of Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai Province, 5 14km away from Xining, the provincial capital, and 387km away from Golmud in the southwest. Qinghai-Tibet Railway and Qingxin Highway run through the whole territory, east and west, north and south, and the latitude and longitude are like a net. They can enter the provincial capital Xining in the east, Xinjiang in the west, Hexi Corridor in the north and Tibet in the south, with convenient transportation. There are mountains, rivers and lakes in the territory, and grassland farmland is densely covered.
