How much should you know about Feng Shui in your door and courtyard?
In door and courtyard feng shui, there are many things you need to pay attention to. When you walk into this door, the first thing you have to pay attention to is whether there is any place from your door to the entrance that could harm your door aura. Maybe someone will ask me, what is Menting? In the villa, that is, starting from the courtyard, entering the door, and ending at your entrance. It's called Menting. So how do apartments count? Open the door and face the first straight line inside the door, which we call the Tai Chi point. Some people may enter the living room right through the door and there is no entrance. In other words, when I enter the door and look straight ahead, the position that is slightly wider than the door is the first Tai Chi point. No matter what you see is an entrance hall, a wall, or a door, you must first look at what you see in this position. The area of feng shui we want to look at is in this area, which is the first Tai Chi point just mentioned. Of course, the entrance courtyard also includes the courtyard outside the door, which is similar to the courtyard of a villa. This is the area of feng shui.
In the aura of the gate, we first talk about the entrance. Of course, this is for homes with entrance halls.
First, the entrance cannot stand upright but must be transparent from top to bottom. When designing the entrance hall, it needs to not reach the top or bottom, that is, the upper and lower parts should be slightly transparent but not completely sealed. The aura outside the door must be allowed to come in, and the aura cannot be blocked out. But it’s not very transparent either. If the top and bottom are not transparent, we can basically judge that the health of this house is affected.
Third, avoid using cracked glass. In Feng Shui, we call it a blow to the face, so when we design the entrance, we try not to use cracked glass, although it is very beautiful. In order to investigate the impact of cracked glass on homes, I surveyed many families and it was indeed a significant impact.
Some houses do not have entrance halls. That is to say, if it is impossible to create a porch, then we will make a fuss about the first Tai Chi point. That is to say, make a fuss on the straight line position on the wall you see when you enter the door, which is the same width as the door and slightly larger. The best way is to hollow out a groove at a suitable height on this wall, and place three ceramic gourd-shaped vases in parallel inside. This is called the Three Gourds to determine the universe in traditional Feng Shui techniques. Why three? Because three is the ultimate number in the universe. Why ceramics? Because ceramics contain the five elements of metal, wood, water, fire and earth. Therefore, ceramics are widely used in Feng Shui. Why is it a gourd shape? Because gourds are used to collect energy in Feng Shui. The color requirement depends on the door direction of your home. If you are really unsure, you can put red. Try not to have patterns on the vase.
If the first Tai Chi point of your home cannot be hollowed out, then we have to hang Feng Shui paintings to solve the problem. Feng shui painting originated from the metaphysics of feng shui. According to the principle of the five elements in the metaphysics theory, the elements of the five elements are integrated into the painting to bring about the effects of eliminating evil spirits and assisting luck in home feng shui. Figure paintings must not be hung in the entrance hall, because this will form the character of a prisoner. It is particularly unlucky. This is a method that cannot be used as a gateway or to hollow out the first Tai Chi point. In this way, your door aura is activated.
