20 1818 June18 to120 October, 7 teachers from bright primary school participated in the training activities for students of "New Basic Education" and experimental teachers of "Xie Dehua Teaching and Research Studio" in Guangming District.

Director Xie Dehua gave a lecture entitled "Re-understanding the educational value of class life". The lecture is divided into four parts: first, why it is important; second, what is its value; third, how to educate people; and fourth, how to construct class life. The first part of the lecture is the most important. In the present situation of class management, the supremacy of learning, the refinement of norms, the hierarchical relationship, the militarization of rewards and punishments, and the development model all reflect teachers' desire to control students' body, speech and spirit. These ordinary "evils" are also the background for the "new foundation" class meeting to study the value of class life education, and also let us feel the significance of this activity and the significance of our future study of the "new foundation" class meeting.

Wu Lili, a teacher from Aihua Primary School, focused on the development of the educational value of the class life construction in senior three, and focused on the class activity design in senior three, and introduced the class post construction and characteristic activity planning for us. Taking the first-grade entrance ceremony and the practice of "primary school students, big financial quotient" as examples, the educational value of the activities is deeply explored.

Tian Yuyan, a teacher from our school, introduced and shared her experience with the topic of "Reconstruction of the new routine of campus daily life and development of educational value" in combination with the "new routine" of morning meeting, classroom, recess, noon, recess and theme activities being constructed and implemented in bright primary school, and also put forward better and more effective suggestions to the teachers present.

President Chen Yongzhong from Honghuashan Primary School takes the construction of recess activities in our school as an example, focusing on the theme of "cultivating recess life and nourishing intelligent life", and emphasizes that it is more necessary to study its educational value and reconstruct daily life, to dig out the contents that promote students' social, personality and initiative development, and to promote the professional growth of class teachers, which is exactly the same as "growing up in success" often said in "new basic education"

Ceng Laoshi of our school gave us a lecture entitled "Combing the Achievements of Class Activities in Reflection", and specifically shared some skills of combing reflection, such as writing educational stories from the perspective of educating people, writing teaching cases from the perspective of fragment combination, writing teaching design from the perspective of complete process, and writing educational papers from the perspective of subject integration. But no matter what form it is, you must have the thinking consciousness of forming results, and the only way to make these results last forever is to write them down in words and record them.

After each seminar, the teachers present had different new thoughts and new inspirations, and they had very active and enthusiastic exchanges and discussions in the follow-up process of on-site activities.

In order to better unite the team strength and enrich everyone's study life. Each group rehearsed the program in their spare time to show their group style. There are energetic dances, dialect recitation and guitar playing. Finally, a chorus of "The Moon Represents My Heart" pushed the atmosphere of the party to a climax.
