Qingdao 2020 Urban Planning
Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning will carry out urban planning for Qingdao, and issue detailed regulatory planning for the north, middle and south districts of Xifu Town Street in Yang District and xia zhuang Street in Chengyang District.
1. This urban planning publicized the functional orientation and planning structure of each district, and made detailed planning on the land use nature, land use area, benchmark plot ratio and other indicators of each district.
2. Regulatory detailed planning of Xifu Town Street area
(1) Planning scope:
Xifu Town Street is located in the east of planned Huanshan Road-Wang Sha Road, west of National Highway 204, south of Zhengyang East Road-Xijing Road-Tieqishan Road-Xifu Road, and north of Chengyang District. The total land area is 2878.3 1 hectare.
(2) Planning function:
The functional orientation of this area is a comprehensive living area with high-end manufacturing, tourism service and health preservation as leading industries, integrated development of production and city, and harmonious urban landscape.
(3) Planning structure:
In the planning structure, the planning forms a spatial layout structure of "One Heart, One Belt, Four Districts and Four Groups".
"One Heart": Building a commercial and public service center in the intersection area of Wang Sha Road and Cuiyuan Road;
"Belt": the future rail transfer hub and the public vitality belt around Xifu Lake;
"Four areas": agricultural sightseeing picking area, science and education innovation area and two rest areas at the west foot of Laoshan Mountain;
"Four groups": Qingte Industrial Group, North Industrial Group and two residential groups at present.
3. Regulatory detailed planning of the northern part of xia zhuang Street.
(1) Planning scope:
The planning scope of xia zhuang Street North Area in Chengyang District starts from Jason Wu Road in the east, ends at Qingxin Expressway -204 National Road in the west, ends at Baisha River in the south and ends at Tieqi Mountain Road in Zhengyang Road in the north. The total land area is 1577.29 hectares.
(2) Planning function:
The functional orientation is to build high-end residential communities and convenient public service facilities based on the west foot of Laoshan Mountain and the north bank of Baisha River, and to build an ecologically livable urban area in the east of Chengyang;
Combined with the upgrading of enterprises in the area, Yuhuangling Industrial Park and Guzhen Industrial Park are planned to be formed, with emphasis on the development of precision instrument manufacturing, high-end equipment manufacturing and other industries to form a new industrial development zone in northern xia zhuang.
(3) Planning structure:
The regional planning forms a spatial structure of "one core, two belts, three axes and four groups".
"one core": to build the core of comprehensive commercial services in the middle of the district;
"two belts": relying on Qingxin Expressway and Baisha River to create two ecological landscape belts;
"Three axes": Wang Sha Road Tourism Development Axis, Yinhe Road and Tieqishan Road Urban Development Axis;
"Four groups": based on the planned road network and the current river division, combined with the main functions of each region, four groups are formed.
4. Regulatory detailed planning of the central area of xia zhuang Street.
(1) Planning scope:
The planning scope of the central district of xia zhuang Street is planned to be Huanshan Road in the east, Qingxin Expressway in the west, Xianshan East Road in the south and Baisha River in the north. The total land area is 767.63 hectares.
(2) Planning function:
The functional orientation is an industrial development zone featuring new smart industries in central xia zhuang, and an ecological residential area with complete facilities and beautiful landscape environment at the western foot of Laoshan Mountain.
(3) Planning structure:
According to the planning scheme, the regional planning forms a spatial structure of "two centers, two axes and four groups".
"Two Hearts": Tourism Service Center and xia zhuang Comprehensive Business Service Center;
"Two axes": the development axis of Xiata Road and the development axis of Wang Sha Road;
"Four Groups": Binjiang Tourism Service Group, Living Group, Industrial Development Group and Ecological Group.
5. Regulatory detailed planning of the southern area of xia zhuang Street.
(1) Planning scope:
The planning scope of South District of xia zhuang Street is east to the planned Huanshan Road, west to Qingxin Expressway, south to Chengyang District and north to Xianshan East Road. The planned total land area is 587.52 hectares.
(2) Planning function:
The functional orientation is the industrial center and livable living area south of xia zhuang Street.
(3) Planning structure:
The planning of this area has formed a spatial structure of "one heart, one axis and six districts".
"One Heart": Yuntou Valley Comprehensive Service Center;
"One axis": the development axis of Wang Sha Road;
"Six Districts": Danshan Industrial Park, Xinghang Residential Area, Yuantou Residential Area, Yuntou Ancient Palace Service Area, Ruiyun Residential Area and Tourism Service Area.
