Prince Rongke served as the commander-in-chief of the Mongolia in the Zhenghong Banner, the commander-in-chief of the Han army in the Xianghuang Banner, the minister of Guanhu, and the governor of the garden. He holds the title of minister, minister of bodyguard and so on. He was also given a golden python robe, which is a rare gift among the princes and princes of the nearby clan.
Prince Rongke has two sons, the eldest son is his. Yi Huibele, a famous royal litterateur in the Qing Dynasty and the author of "Mingshantang Collection", was praised by the literary circles as "the first female poet in the Qing Dynasty". Gu Taiqing, the author of "Tianyouge Collection", was Yi Huibele's side friend. .

The palace of the prince of Rongke County was built three miles north of Dahuichang Village, Fengtai. , the original name was Cherry Orchard. It was the same land as Zhang Penngling in Xining Prefecture, Jiangxi Province in the Qing Dynasty. It was an area of ten acres. In the ninth year of Jiaqing (1804), the king of Rongke County ordered people to visit the cemetery. The local master (Feng Shui Master) said: "This land is auspicious!" He exchanged four hectares and fifty-four acres of Xiaodongge land in Tong County, Fuzhong, with twenty houses for Zhang Penngling. At the bottom of Dagou, it reaches Guan Fenshui in the north. This is the fourth terminus of the garden dormitory.

"Beigongshang", the cherry orchard construction site was called "Beigongshang". Later, "Beigongshang" was shortened to "Beigong", and then incorrectly written as "Beigong". So the name "Beigong" replaced the Cherry Orchard , until today.
Before the Beigong Garden Bedroom project was completed, the "golden coffin" of Prince Rongke (the king's coffin was called the "golden coffin" at that time) was temporarily buried in Wangzuo Village. When the ceremony was held, it was also at Wang Zuo, not Beigong.
