What's the climate like in Beijing all year round?
Beijing is located in a warm temperate and semi-humid area, with a continental monsoon climate influenced by Mongolian high pressure, with an annual precipitation of 644 mm. Beijing has four distinct seasons, dry winter, windy spring, rainy summer and sunny and mild autumn. Annual average temperature 10- 12 degrees Celsius. In winter, the cold air blowing to the northwest is blocked by high mountains and heated when sinking, so Beijing is warmer in winter than other areas at the same latitude, and the frost-free period is about 180-200 days. It is not hot in summer because the warm air flow in the southeast is regulated by the ocean. This makes Beijing have favorable climatic conditions without heat in summer and cold in winter. And every September-10, the autumn is crisp, the climate is pleasant, and the air quality is 1-2, which is the most beautiful season of the year.
