India has withdrawn its troops...will it continue to build roads?
In response to reporters’ questions on the 28th, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China only stated that it would make “necessary adjustments and arrangements.” However, it did not give a specific explanation as to whether this included shelving or changing the original plans for road construction.
On the 29th, it was still: "China will comprehensively consider weather and other factors, and make relevant construction plans based on actual conditions."
