Daluoshui - Lugu Lake Town
Appreciating the scenery of the lake and mountains and exploring the Mosuo villages - hiking around the lake may be the best way to explore Lugu Lake. You will pass through some bushes along the way, so it is best to choose fabrics that are not easily caught by the vegetation. If you don’t want to hike the entire journey, you can also take a ride or boat back to the villages along the way, or stay in an inn in the village for rest.
1. Daluoshui—Lige
Start from Daluoshui and travel clockwise along the lake, passing a small park and a small fish dam in the village. We will meet you in 40 minutes. Arrive at a viewing point, facing the Lowa Peninsula and Liwubi Island, and walk for another 20 minutes to reach Lover's Beach. The smooth pebbles and branches and leaves of the big trees in the lake are impressive. 2. Lige-Nisai Village
Walk along the Binhu Road in Lige Village towards the peninsula, passing the entrance of the steps leading to the viewing platform and the lakeside promenade. There is an incense burner hanging with prayer flags just before entering the peninsula. Here, turn left onto the east side road and continue walking for 15 minutes, passing through the farmland in the bay and reaching the opposite hillside. After climbing up the hill, you have two options. You can reach the road to the left and go to Nisei (about 90 minutes), or continue to take a shortcut along the mountain path with more beautiful scenery and full of wild interest (40 minutes). The highway and the mountain road meet at the observation deck on the east side of the peninsula, but the mountain road is located below the observation deck. There has been a landslide before, so climbing up is a little difficult, but not dangerous. You can see Nisai Village and a Manidui from the observation deck. Go down the east path to Manidui, and then go all the way down the mountain to the lakeside of Nisai Village.
The lake in front of Nisei Village has many impurities and is not very beautiful, but the row of trees growing in pairs along the lake is quite unique. 3. Nisai Village-Xiaoluoshui-Dazui Village

5. Goddess Bay - Bawa Bay - Luowa - Wuzhiluo - Lugu Lake Town
