The sand in the desert is different from the sand we use to build houses. Its plasticity is poor and its density is different. Buildings built with sand in the desert are poor and easy to collapse. So it can't be used to build buildings. The other is that the cost of sand mining in the desert is very high, which may be several hundred per person a day, so no one will think of sand mining in the desert.

The other is desert sand, which belongs to alkaline substances. We all know that peracid and peracid are corrosive to our buildings, and the mixing of sand and cement is poor. Because of the high alkali content, the sand in the desert will corrode the steel bars to some extent, resulting in the deformation of the floor. So building a house with sand in the desert will increase certain risks. Because of the different density and mixing degree, it is not suitable to use desert sand as building materials. So now we can't let the desert continue to expand, choose to plant green plants to reduce soil desertification, and ensure that the sand in the desert slowly evolves into soil under the action of plants and microorganisms, so these are my personal views. For the house where the sand in the desert can't be used for building, on the one hand, the sand has poor plasticity and high cost, on the other hand, the alkali content is too high to be mixed with other substances.
