Elementary School Mathematics Lecture in Jiangyin
The pre-test system of primary school senior teachers' prediction consists of three parts: prediction, training and pre-test. The training is organized and implemented by the Municipal Teachers' Training School, and takes the forms of "centralized teaching", "grass-roots supervision and evaluation", "on-the-job practice" and "self-study", aiming to enable students to enhance their educational and teaching concepts, improve their actual teaching level, enhance their ability of educational research and guiding young teachers, and reach the corresponding ability level of senior teachers.
On the basis of training practice, the Municipal Education Bureau and Personnel Bureau organized experts to conduct closed and full-time assessment. Through the examination and approval of students' teaching professional papers and the evaluation of their teaching level, this paper focuses on the applicant's teaching and scientific research ability and classroom teaching practice ability. In order to ensure the effectiveness, authenticity and scientificity of the assessment, the assessment of forecasters' classroom teaching ability adopts a closed form of "centralized waiting for the test-drawing lots on the spot-preparing for the test separately-interviewing one by one". Those who fail to pass the lecture shall not declare to participate in the evaluation of senior professional titles in the next year.
Since 2002, the municipal teachers' training school has actively carried out training. Through training, teachers' enthusiasm and initiative to learn new knowledge, study business and devote themselves to teaching and scientific research have been greatly improved, and their awareness of teaching and research, writing ability of teaching and research papers and practical level of classroom teaching have been improved. Therefore, it not only effectively improves the passing rate of professional title evaluation, but also plays a positive role in comprehensively improving the professional quality of teachers and realizing the harmonious and sustainable development of basic education in our city.
