Shuangfeng Chaoyang pinyin
There are two theories about the rising sun with two peaks. One is that this place is a treasure trove of geomantic omen, where the five elements are born together. The other is life style. For example, the eight characters are: Ding You, Chen Sibing Ding You (this is Dai Li's eight characters), which is called the imperial style with two peaks and rising sun.
Auspicious dragon and phoenix: refers to auspicious events.
Shuangfeng Chaoyang is one of the top ten scenic spots in Shawan Village, Jingning She Autonomous County, Zhejiang Province. Shuangfeng Chaoyang refers to the back mountain of Shawan Village, which is connected with two mountains and stretches for hundreds of miles, starting from fengyangshan, the first peak in Jiangsu and Zhejiang.
These two mountains, like dancing phoenix, flew to Shawan and settled here, bringing good luck and well-being to Shawan, leaving hopes and dreams. Therefore, in the Qing Dynasty, Shawan had a superior geographical position, convenient waterway transportation, frequent goods transactions and prosperous market. Scholars come forth in large numbers, including "seven sons of Jingning" and two in Shawan. Shawan is the economic, cultural and trade center of the upper reaches of Jingning County.

The previous "Ten Scenes of Shawan" are: Half Moon, Shuangfeng Chaoyang, Hufu Watching Rabbit, Fumai Antang, Tan Lei Gulang, Stone Buddha Nodding, Sanshui Meeting, Shrimp Disha, Jinji Pavilion and Wenchang Pavilion.
Jingning is located in the middle of the southern mountainous area of Zhejiang Province. Cave mountains extend obliquely from southwest to northeast, with towering peaks, with nearly 800 peaks over 1000 meters. The terrain is complex and gradually inclines from southwest to northeast.
The landform is dominated by deep mountains, originating from the stream of the tributary of the Oujiang River in Donggong Mountain Range, running through the whole territory from southwest to northeast, dividing the county into two parts, and a narrow strip with a width of about 124.6 km is formed on both sides, forming a landscape pattern of "nine mountains, half water and half fields" and "two mountains with one water and many valleys surging".
