Is the locking folding knife with blade length less than 8cm controlled? Are all knives controlled by self-locking?
According to the Appraisal Standard for Controlled Knives, it refers to dagger heads, triangular knives, spring knives (jumping knives) and other similar single-edged, double-edged and triangular sharp knives. According to Articles 2 to 7 of the Interim Provisions on the Control of Some Cutters issued by the Ministry of Public Security, there are legal procedures to control the wearing scope, production, purchase and sale of cutters.
Controlled tools include the following:
(1) dagger head, triangular knife, triangular scraper, semicircular scraper, invading knife, peeling knife, sheep bone knife, hunting knife and spring knife;
(2) Single-edged and double-edged sharp knives with self-locking devices or non-foldable knife bodies with a height of more than 8 cm;
(3) Martial arts knives (capable of edging), swords and other instruments;
(4) Tibetan knives, waist knives and boot knives used by ethnic minorities;
(five) other knives that may endanger public order.
